Pals

My cute ex-next-door-neighbor that moved to Vernal, had her first baby and she brought him over to meet Ty.
We also had a SYTYCD party- for old times sake.
Aren't they cute?
I bet you can't guess which one is younger.
Ya, poor Ty is almost 2 months older.
It's time to beef up, little T!

Congrats again, Cami and Josh.

Just think what best pals these two little ones could have been if you just would have stuck around...

Okay, okay. I'm done making you feel guilty, again.

Reunion/Summer "Vacation"

Last weekend we went to Bear Lake for a family reunion and a much needed getaway with my whole family. We attempted camping with little Ty, but only made it one night. Thanks to my parents, I was able to sleep in their condo the next 2 nights and save the rest of the campers from an ornery little guy.

We had a blast playing on the big grassy area, eating lots of amazing food, hanging out at the beach and catching up with cousins and aunts and uncles.

My cute nieces Katie and Mia wanted to hold Ty non-stop. He was a pretty good sport about it- most of the time.

My mom after Ty pooped all over her. He was the life of the party until he pooped a little and then nobody wanted him. Just a bunch of fair weather baby lovers.

The second night we were camping, a big thunderstorm moved in over our camp. It was complete mayhem for a few minutes while we tried to keep everything from getting wet and get ourselves into our cars. I can still hear Rich yelling for everyone to save themselves... This picture was my attempt to capture the lightning on camera.

It was so great to have my mom ready and willing to take over Ty for me. I think she changed more diapers than I did

3 months

I LOVE 3 MONTHS

Quick to smile, starting to giggle, and very much into looking at faces. I'm sorry to brag, but I just think he is so stinkin' cute.

I can't leave him for 1/2 an hour without totally missing his squirmy little body, sweet mowhawk, and cute-as-heck grin.

Thank goodness he's been a great sleeper and has been sleeping through the night for the last month except when his sister makes her way into his room at 2 a.m. and flips the light on and wakes him up. Now if only I could get his 3-year-old sister to sleep through the night.

He still has some really fussy days but as long as someone is holding him or making faces at him, he is pretty happy.
Here are a few pictures of him- they're all blurry since I was trying to get some close up, but what do you do. Oh, that's right, you buy yourself a good camera...

...And the mohawk is still holding strong.

He loves his right arm reaching up and his hand holding on to something near his head. In the swing, he's holding on to the pillow, in the bouncer, the little cover thing, and if he's not swaddled, I'll find him asleep with his arm tucked neatly by his head.

Now, if I could just keep him this age FOREVER.
