2 weeks to go (or less I hope!) Right about now I'm feeling...
1. Anxious to find out when this little one will decide to exit my womb
2. Excited to finally find out which gender will be outnumbered
3. A little hyperventilatory* -sleepless nights, nursing, donut pillows
4. A little sad that my 2 little sweeties have no idea how much this will rock their world
5. Ecstatic to hold my tiny newborn who, just minutes before, was in an entirely different place, most likely hanging out with my grandmas and grandpas
*For some reason, blogger didn't recognize this as a word. I beg to differ about whether this is infact a word, and if not, a dang good word creation by me which the spellchecker should recognize and add to it's database.

Last Minute Fun
Enjoy it while it lasts...We've been on a bit of an outings splurge this last month all because I'm in a panic that this is the last time I'll ever take my kids out in this lifetime. Plus it makes the days go faster, and that really is the goal here. I think we've done more in the last few weeks than an entire year put together. At least Colby and Kara won't be able to say we didn't do anything before the baby came.

The flu is good
After about 36 hours of misery, I am happy to report that I am already 100% better. I never thought I'd say this, but...
I am thankful for the flu.
This hit me today. Before the sick episode, I was feeling pretty sorry for myself, thinking this pregnancy was extra hard with all the aches and pains and that I didn't know if I could make it to the end. Then I got to the flu. And that was true misery. Now that I am healthy again, I feel like a completely new woman and my third trimester aches and pains seem like nothing. I seriously think I was supposed to have the flu so I could shut my mouth and stop complaining about these last few weeks. So. I feel great. I LOVE being healthy and shame on me for having to get sick to appreciate my health. Cheers to these last 3 weeks-it'll be a cinch!

The Home Depot Raceway
I told Cameron I'd put this picture on the blog if he wouldn't quit pulling that face. He didn't listen. Too bad for him.

A trip to Tasty's and the Zoo
My friend took her joy school kids to Tasty's Donuts for a little fieldtrip and I thought it looked like fun so I set one up for Colby and Kara and a few friends. It was so fun and the Tasty's tour guide, Baker Mackey, was so cute with the kids. They had a great time and of course the parents did too since we all got a warm, fresh donut at the end. Thanks Amber for the tip- we loved it!

Thanks
Thanks everyone for all your helpful advice regarding the hospitals and kids sharing rooms. I was really leaning towards keeping the kids separate and dreading moving everything around to do it, but after everyone's comments, I actually think I'll have them share. I should clarify though, that the reason I was leaning towards keeping them separated was because bed time is a big struggle for us right now, even with the kids in separate rooms. They keep each other up sometimes for hours and I figured putting them together even though we have enough rooms not to, would only compound the problem at a time when I'm going to be more desperate than ever for them to sleep. But with that said, I really thought what people had to say made sense and I think we'll give it a shot. Now my goal is to purchase bunk beds and attempt this by the weekend. Wish me luck.
As far as the hospital goes, I got positive comments about both so I'm still not sure what I'll do. Actually, the deciding factor may be that the food is supposed to be better at Ogden Regional. When in doubt, go where the food is better. It's kinda my motto.
