Christmas

I know it's a little late, but here are a few pics from Christmas

Christmas Eve with their new Christmas Jammies

Sleeping together out in the hall. They act like this is such a special treat...as if they don't do it everynight anyway.  I guess it's special since we actually give them permission.

We had a great Christmas complete with Christmas Eve lunch with Cam's family at Olive Garden, Christmas Eve Dinner/Matt birthday dinner/nativity at my mom and dad's, Christmas Day brunch at our house and more Christmas day fun at Cameron's mom's.

The kids were very much into Santa this year. Colby wanted to sleep downstairs soooooo bad so he could catch Santa in the act and Kara was set on sleeping in the kitchen since she thought that would be the best hide-out. We finally convinced them that Santa wouldn't come if he thought he might get caught by little ones still awake in the middle of the night.

As expected, Ty was delighted with all the wrapping paper he could possibly imagine and Colby and Kara have decided that Santa is silly because he mixed up all the stockings, (oops-maybe I should label our stockings to help him out) and because his elves built Kara's underwear, that was in her stocking, too big.

A week 'til Christmas???

Wow.  It's December 18th. (I had to look at my computer calendar before I could type in that date because I seem to have lost all track of time lately.  I just know that Christmas is soon. Very soon).

Here are a few things we've been up to lately.

Polar Express with Grandpa, Lindsay and Wesley.  They had a blast and are already talking about going next year. Thanks Grandpa and Lindsay, you're the best!

apparently you need sun glasses at the North Pole
